With the constant bombardment of commercialised sentiment declared on Facebook today it was nice to receive a private email from D simply messaging 'X'.  
I immediately rang him.
"Such an understated expression of your love. You are pretty cool." I declared.
"Pretty cool? I think you mean totally cool." he replied smoothly.
